Transport of pharmaceutical products and medicines
IMPEX transports your highly sensitive pharmaceutical products and medicines. Compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practice) is a matter of course for us. Our pharma-grade-certified semi-trailers can provide two completely different temperature ranges if necessary. A temperature log and online monitoring during transportation are standard at IMPEX.

Transport of frozen goods, refrigerated goods, or heated goods
No matter what the load - deep-frozen, refrigerated or cold-sensitive goods, IMPEX will ship your temperature-sensitive goods safely to the destination at the temperature you require. Important items like HACCP certificates (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), a temperature log and online monitoring during transportation are all a matter of course for IMPEX.

Direct and consolidated services by lorry
IMPEX ships your partial and full loads safely and inexpensively to their destination in Germany or Europe using our own trucks or our network of partners.

Door to door courier delivery
IMPEX works closely with all the major courier services like TNT, UPS and FedEx to ship your parcels and pallets worldwide in the quickly and inexpensively from door to door. We also provide pick-up service from your suppliers.

Customs clearance using the electronic customs procedure system (ATLAS)
IMPEX prepares all the documents required for exporting and importing your goods. We attend promptly to the electronic handling on the ATLAS customs procedure system and produce any hard-copy documents you may need such as carnets. We also take care of presenting your documents to the appropriate authorities such as customs offices, chambers of commerce and consulates. We would be delighted to perform planning for all of your export and import activities and advise you on all relevant export control procedures.

Air cargo
With its IATA partners IMPEX has a global network of air cargo agencies that can ensure your goods reach their destination in a fast an reliable way. All of our drivers delivering your air cargo at the airport are checked by the competent authorities in accordance with Section 7 of the Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG) and have also received air cargo security training.

Sea cargo
IMPEX processes reliably and inexpensively both general cargo and full container loads ranging from sea cargo packaging to worldwide delivery.

Warehouse management
Of course IMPEX provides both warehouse turnover and storage services for your goods. And of course we can also store your temperature-sensitive goods for you. We provide both cold storage for temperatures between 2 °C and 8 °C as well as warehouses for temperature-sensitive drugs that must be stored between 15 °C and 25 °C. Compliance with the GDP (Good Distribution Practice) is of course assured.
